·         The tech form must be completed and signed by an inspector prior to arrival at the track.  It is highly recommended that you utilize an authorized service center to perform your inspection.  If you perform your own tech inspection, check in early and be prepared to wait, since personally inspected cars will be completely and thoroughly inspected by a qualified inspector.  Your car must pass tech in order to participate.

·         Participants that arrive at the track without complete documentation ( Release and Tech Inspection Forms ) will be assessed a $25 administrative fee!

·         TO ATTEND BARBER MOTORSPORTS EVENTS, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE RECOGNIZED SANCTION BODY SPONSORED EVENT (POC,PBOC, BMWCCA, ETC.)!!

·         All cars are required to have two seats. If your car does not have two seats, you will need to make arrangements to use another car (with two seats) for your check ride. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

·         All cars MUST have their car number on the BACK window!

·         All drivers are responsible for property damages that they cause!

·         All open cockpit cars, cabriolet, convertible, must have roll bars  (factory Boxster & 996 are OK).

·         All helmets must be Snell Rated SA00 or newer!

·         There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the rules.  For complete PCA rules and Alabama Supplemental Rules, please download the forms below.

·         CANCELLATION POLICY:

o        The Entry Fee will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee if the event chairman or registrar receives notification in writing or via e-mail to the address stated in the specific event application seven (7) days prior to the event.

o        There are no refunds within 7 days of the event.

o        There is an administration fee of $50.00 for any returned checks.

Once you have read the above, go to www.ClubRegistration.net and create a personal profile account. Be sure to complete all tabs to ensure proper run group assignment. Then, search for the event under Alabama Region PCA and register. PLEASE bring all pre-completed Release and Tech Inspection Forms to the track!
